I'm a technology executive based in Orlando, Florida. I've spent fifteen years as a CTO or VP of Technology and twenty-four in software, across B2B SaaS, e-commerce and healthcare.
For eleven years I led product, engineering, cloud infrastructure and security at FocusPoint, a multi-tenant B2B e-commerce platform serving more than 200 enterprise clients. I ran a 50-person organization, 80 with contractors, and a $5M budget. Over that time the company doubled its revenue, opened a SAP partner channel worth $8M a year, passed SOC 2 Type II, shipped LLM-based search into the product, and went to market for sale with me as the technology principal in front of buyers.
Before that I was CTO at Horizon Health, a regional health authority, where I led a 200-person IT organization through the consolidation of a hospital network onto a single clinical information system, delivering $50M in savings and a 30% gain in operational efficiency.
Since 2025 I've worked as a fractional CTO: a one-year fixed-term engagement building an enterprise AI framework for a healthcare organization, and an ongoing role at an AI medical device startup where I own ML strategy, clinical data infrastructure and validation.
I'm at my best when technology is expected to produce a business result and someone has to own the whole path to it.
