Three ways to engage. Each starts with the same first step: a short diagnostic of where technology is helping the business and where it's holding it back.
Full-time CTO or VP of Technology
For companies that need a permanent technology executive. I bring a track record of owning product, engineering, infrastructure and security together, with a $5M budget and a 50-person organization, and of sitting at the executive table on revenue, partnerships and M&A rather than only on delivery.
Fractional CTO
For companies that need executive-level technology leadership without a full-time seat. Typical arrangement is a monthly retainer at one to two days a week, for six to twelve months, with a defined scope. Recent engagement: a one-year fixed-term contract to bring an enterprise AI framework into a healthcare organization's IT function, from use-case selection and data governance through implementation in strategic areas. What the first ninety days look like: a written assessment of platform, team, security and vendor posture; a prioritized roadmap tied to business outcomes; and the first two or three changes already under way.
Advisory and due diligence
For investors, buyers and boards. Technology due diligence on an acquisition target, sell-side preparation for a company going to market, AI strategy and governance frameworks, and architecture review for a platform decision. I've sat on both sides of a sale process and know what the data room needs to contain.
If one of these models fits what you need, let's talk.
